My linguistic proficiency spans English, Hindi, Marathi, and Malayalam, enabling me to connect seamlessly with diverse clients and stakeholders. Having travelled to over 15 countries and handling travel products to over 70 Destinations across the Globe is what stands out with the opportunities used for learning and pro active approach to improvise the way we present product to customers
A voracious reader and a passionate traveler, I’ve always believed that books and journeys are the greatest teachers. They’ve shaped my approach to leadership and problem-solving, especially in moments of crisis. I bring to my work a spirit of positivity, precision, and purpose, with a commitment to consistently exceeding expectations — not just meeting them.

Looking ahead, my mission is to blend human-centric service with innovative technologies, transforming customer experience in the travel, education, retail, and food industries.
By collaborating with DMCs, hotel chains, OTAs, tourism boards, airlines, and other key partners, I aim to build a globally resonant brand — one that simplifies journeys, empowers people, and leaves every traveler with something memorable to carry home.
At the same time, I remain dedicated to helping service providers evolve with changing client needs. Through empathetic communication, continuous learning, and a people-first mindset, I strive to co-create experiences that are not only seamless, but also deeply meaningful.
